ABOUT THE HOME

Everything in this house is brand new! The interior has been completely updated with fresh new paint, new flooring, new carpeting, and new updated bathrooms.

Additionally, the home has been equipped with all new furniture, bedding, linens, TVs….Everything in the house is new!

The downstairs apartment has its own separate exterior door for privacy and security. Once inside you’ll find two bedrooms and one full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a king-sized bed; the other bedroom has two twin sized beds. 

There is a large family room (or “rec room”) equipped with a 55″ HD flat-screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Your group will enjoy relaxing and hanging out in this spacious “Liberty University” themed room.

NOTE: This house includes a basic cable package. If you want to watch premium channels or services such as Netflix or Prime Video you will have to stream them on your mobile device.

A full-sized washer & dryer are located on the downstairs level.

On the ground level in the shade of the upper deck is an old-fashioned porch swing where you can relax in the quiet atmosphere of this pastoral setting.

NOTE: The house does not have an outdoor grill.

There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles.

NOTE: The downstairs apartment does not have access to the kitchen or screened porch which are located upstairs. However there is a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the downstairs apartment and a nice patio on the ground level out back with a nice old-fashioned porch swing.

YOUR HEALTH IS OUR CONCERN

Our home is thoroughly cleaned after each guest. Our housekeeping service uses CDC approved antibacterial cleansing agents and focuses on frequently touched surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, deadbolts, remote controls, light switches, countertops, handles, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.

Additionally our home has been equipped with a REME HALO® whole home in-duct air purifier, which according to the manufacturer “is the next generation of indoor air quality (IAQ) technology and capable of purifying every cubic inch of air that your central air conditioning system reaches. Thoroughly tested on airborne and surface bacteria & viruses, such as MRSA, e-coli, and Norwalk, to name a few.”
