When you go to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, stop first at the kiosk near Off 5th, Saks Avenue Outlet. They have a booklet called the “passport book” that’s full of all sorts of coupons for most of the stores. The coupon booklet costs $3.00 or if you have AAA, AARP or military ID it is free.
